We subscribe to sustainable agricultural practices and use premium ingredients, including local fish and meats and organic vegetables from our own garden.

Our beef, pork and lamb are from Niman Ranch and raised on chemical-free pastures, without hormones or antibiotics. Our chicken is fresh, free-range “Rocky” birds raised in neighboring Petaluma, also without hormones or antibiotics.

We serve Marin Oysters, harvested from nearby Tomales Bay, Drake’s Bay oysters, and fresh locally caught fish.

We serve cheeses from our local creameries, Cowgirl Creamery and Point Reyes Farmstead. We use cream and milk from Straus Organic Dairy and Clover Stornetta.

We serve Thanksgiving Coffee exclusively.

We receive La Brea organic whole-wheat sourdough bread baked fresh every day. And we bake corn bread and popovers throughout the day in our kitchen.

We use rice bran oil for all our deep frying because of its antioxidant and cholesterol-lowering properties and for the pleasant flavor.

On request, we will prepare your meal without sauce or dressing.
