INGREDIENTS MATTER
Our seafood is always wild and is local when
in season. Our beef and pork are from BN Ranch, Niman Ranch or various grass-fed producers, raised on chemical-free pastures without hormones or antibiotics. Our coffee is all certified organic from small-scale farm collectives or cooperatives. We choose local produce at every opportunity and when the season is right, we harvest fresh vegetables from our own gardens.
